My favorite Bloodhounds are hot on the trail of the Zillow Real Estate Guide (aka wiki). Brian Brady wrote a few guides there and says the results were astounding, and even Greg Swann had good things to say about his Zlogging adventures.

One problem: the Zlogs seem to be short on info about discount brokers and alternative business models. In fact, the popular article “Choosing a Real Estate Listing Agent” doesn’t even mention commission rates! Although “Questions to Ask When Interviewing a Listing Agent” did touch on fee structures, the discussion was very brief.

The open, consumer focused nature of the Zillow Real Estate Guide seems like a great way to educate the public about some of the alternative business models out there. I’m game for writing a post or two, and I know some of the other contributors here have written posts that would make great Zlogs. What topics should we focus on?
